What data do you have?

Issuer and security level data for US companies listed on the Nasdaq and NYSE. Please see our docs for more details.

How often is the data updated?

We synchronize our data with exchanges and the SEC multiple times a day.

Which exchanges do you keep track of?

The Nasdaq and New York Stock exchange.

Do you have OTC/BB data?

Not at the moment. We plan on expanding our universe of exchange coverage.

Do you support international issuers and their securities?

In the event that an international issuer has filed an ADR or similar security with the SEC and trades on either the Nasdaq or NYSE, we support them.

Data and API Related

What is an API Token and how do I use it?

An API token is a code that is unique to your issuerQL account. The code is used to validate your API calls and are also included to authorize API requests. You can check our docs to see how to use your unique key.

Oh no, I lost my API key! What do I do?

You can generate a new API key on your profile page.

What is a hit? How do you count them?

Each request to our API is considered a hit, which will adjust your usage. For example, if you request the API for 100 issuers individually, your usage goes up by 100.

How can I check how many hits I have left? What happens if I exceed my quota?

You can check your usage on your dashboard. We don’t immediately disable access for going over your quota (to avoid negatively impacting your production environment). However, if you regularly exceed your monthly quota, you will need to upgrade to the next tier, or get in touch with us.

Can I call your APIs from multiple locations?

Yes, we do not restrict the locations from which our API can be called.

Can I call your APIs in a secure way?

All our APIs can be called securely over HTTPS using SSL. Please use the HTTPS prefix on the url of your API call to ensure its security.

Do you have a free trial?

Yes, we have a 7 day free trial for the plan you are interested in. You can cancel this trial before the 7 days are up or stay on the plan, when you will get billed.
